Some stains need more than a little scrub

Most people try to deal with a stain themselves, and for minor spills or marks, that's fine. But the wrong product, the wrong technique, or leaving it too long can set a stain permanently. Or, worse still, damage the fibres you were trying to save.

We provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning across Auckland, using commercial-grade steam-cleaning equipment. Whether it's a heavily trafficked hallway, a stained sofa, or a rental property that needs to pass inspection, we get results that your bottle of supermarket spray simply can't match.

Don’t waste your weekends, get the professional carpet cleaners

Carpets hold more than they show. Dust, allergens, and ground-in dirt build up over time, even in homes that are regularly vacuumed. Steam cleaning and deodorisers penetrate deep into the fibres, lifting what surface cleaning can't reach.

We clean residential carpets, rental properties, offices, and commercial spaces across Auckland. Stain & pet odour removal included. Our commercial-grade equipment delivers a deeper clean and faster drying times than domestic machines, with results that last.

Had an accident?

Sofas, armchairs, and fabric dining chairs endure heavy daily use and rarely get the attention they need. Over time, body oils, food, pet hair, and general wear leave upholstery looking tired and smelling less than fresh — even when it looks clean on the surface.

We use commercial-grade steam cleaning to refresh and sanitise fabric upholstery, removing built-up grime, allergens, and odours without damaging the fabric. From a single armchair to a full suite, we'll have it looking and feeling like new.

Spilled something? Try this before it sets in, or call us!

If you have a spill, acting quickly can make all the difference. Here's what to do (and what not to do), in the first few minutes after a spill.

Act fast on red wine, coffee, and pet accidents. These are the stains most likely to set if left.

Blot immediately, don't rub.Use a clean cloth to blot the spill from the outside in. Rubbing spreads the stain and pushes it deeper into the fibres.

Use cold water first.Hot water can set some stains permanently. Start with a little cold water and blot gently before trying anything else.

Avoid dish soap on carpet. It leaves a residue that may be hard to remove afterwards, and it could cause your carpet or fabric to discolour.

Don't over-wet the area.Soaking the carpet can cause the backing to shrink or mould to develop underneath. Use as little liquid as possible.

Know when to call a professional. If the stain has dried, spread, or won't budge after a careful first attempt, stop — further DIY treatment can make professional removal harder.

If you’re worried you might make the stain worse, get in touch asap before it becomes permanent.

Can you remove old or set-in stains?

Often, yes, but results depend on the stain type, how long it has been there, and what has already been applied to it. DIY products can sometimes make professional removal harder, so the sooner you call us, the better. We'll always give you an honest assessment before we start, so you have realistic expectations for the outcome.

How long does it take for carpets to dry after steam cleaning?

Drying times vary depending on the carpet type, thickness, and ventilation, but most carpets are dry within two to four hours. We recommend keeping foot traffic off the area until fully dry.

Do you clean rental properties and end-of-tenancy carpets?

Yes. Carpet condition is one of the most common reasons for bond deductions (and a general lack of cleanliness, which our residential cleaning services can help you address). Professional cleaning before your inspection gives your carpets the best chance of passing and costs considerably less than losing your bond.
